I got a bottle of this for free at a career fair, and was disappointed to find that it was impossible to open! I am a young college student and am strong and fairly adept and opening bottles. I had to make sure I was turning the cap the correct direction (counterclockwise), because I was starting to doubt myself with the difficulty I had. I ripped the label off (having to use scissors given the lack of a perforated edge) in order to get a better grip, and even then I could not open the bottle. I used a bottle/jar grip tool that tightly squeezed around the cap, yet still the cap would not budge. I asked my father, a large and strong man, to help me open the bottle, and he still could not open it. Please fix the packaging of your product; it should not be nigh impossible to open if one is “on the go.” If it is this impossible for me, an average strength person, I would hate to see someone who has less capability in opening bottles (eg weak grip or disabilities) waste their money on a product that is inaccessible.
