Cold Brew Mint Frappé

Cold Brew Mint Frappé

Ingredients:

  • 6 Mint leaves and 1 leaf for garnish
  • 3 tablespoons JAVA HOUSE® Cold Brew Coffee
  • 2 1/4 tablespoons milk
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Tia Maria

Preparation:

Put 6 mint leaves on one hand and clap, then put into a cocktail shaker. Pour all liquid ingredients in and shake well. Pour over ice and garnish with mint.

Hot Salted Caramel Coffee

Hot Salted Caramel Coffee

Start to Finish: 2 minutes (Stovetop: 5 to 10 minutes)

Ingredients:

  • 4 fluid ounces water
  • 2 JAVA HOUSE® Cold Brew Liquid Pods or 4 tablespoons JAVA HOUSE® Authentic Cold Brew 2:1 Pure Concentrate
  • 4 tablespoons whole milk*
  • 1 ½ tablespoons salted caramel syrup
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup**
  • Whipped topping*
  • Caramel sauce to drizzle
  • Coarse sea salt to sprinkle

Preparation:

In a large mug, combine water, cold brew liquid pods or concentrate, milk and both syrups. Stir well and microwave for 30 to 40 seconds. (Or combine in a saucepan over medium low heat for 4 to 8 minutes and pour into a large mug.) Top with whipped topping. Drizzle with caramel sauce. Sprinkle with sea salt.

*Can substitute almond milk or low-fat evaporated milk and low-fat whipped topping for a healthier alternative

To Serve Cold:

  • 4 tablespoons Chai concentrate
  • 1 tablespoon half-and-half
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla syrup*
  • Whipped topping**
  • Cardamom powder to sprinkle
  • Ground cinnamon to sprinkle

  • 2 ¾ fluid ounces coconut almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons no sugar added hot cocoa mix
  • 3 tablespoons coconut syrup
  • Whipped topping*
  • Cocoa powder to sprinkle
  • Coffee powder to sprinkle

Preparation:

In a large mug, combine water, cold brew liquid pods or concentrate, milk, hot cocoa mix and syrup. Stir well and microwave for 30 to 40 seconds.   • 1 teaspoon almond syrup
  • 2 tablespoons maple coffee syrup
  • Whipped topping*
  • Toasted slivered almonds to sprinkle (optional)

  • 2 tablespoons no sugar added hot cocoa mix
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla syrup*
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free coffee syrup (optional)
  • Whipped topping
  • Cocoa powder to sprinkle
  • Coffee powder to sprinkle

Preparation:

  • 4 fluid ounces water
  • 2 JAVA HOUSE® Cold Brew Liquid Pods or 4 tablespoons JAVA HOUSE® Authentic Cold Brew 2:1 Pure Concentrate
  • 4 tablespoons half-and-half*
  • 1 tablespoon English toffee syrup
  • 1 tablespoon caramel syrup
  • Ice
  • Whipped topping*
  • Caramel sauce to drizzle
  • Chocolate syrup to drizzle
  • Toffee, chopped into pieces to sprinkle (optional)
  • Coffee powder to sprinkle

Preparation:

In a tall glass, combine water, cold brew liquid pods or concentrate, half-and-half, English toffee syrup and caramel syrup. Stir well. Top with ice. Top with whipped topping. Drizzle with caramel sauce and chocolate syrup. Sprinkle with toffee pieces (optional) and coffee powder.

Cooking tip (optional):

To make your own cinnamon syrup at home, combine equal parts water and sugar and use 3 cinnamon sticks for every cup of syrup. For example:

In a saucepan, combine 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar over low heat until sugar is fully dissolved. Remove from heat. Add 3 cinnamon sticks. Cover overnight. Remove cinnamon sticks. Chill for use. Use within 2 weeks.

To serve cold:

In a tall glass, combine water, cold brew liquid pods or concentrate, milk and both syrups. Stir well. Top with ice. Top with whipped topping. Sprinkle with pumpkin spice.
